Este alojamiento frente a la playa ofrece canchas de tenis, ping pong, estacionamiento interior para 1 vehículo y wifi.
En el condominio tendrás acceso a canchas de tennis, jacuzzi, piscina exterior (disponible en temporada de verano) y piscinas climatizadas (disponibles durante todo el año).
El edificio también cuenta con sala de lavandería que pueden ocupar en caso de que lo necesiten.
Es un condominio tranquilo y familiar especial para el descanso con salida directa a la playa bajando una escaleras o por medio de ascensor.
Este departamento cuenta con terraza con vista panorámica hacia el óceano. En su sala de estar tiene televisión por cable, sofá, mesa de comedor para 4 personas y cocina equipada con horno eléctrico, hervidor y utensilios, y dos dormitorios (matrimonial y litera) y 1 un baño con tina.
Se recomienda el uso de vehículo. Llegar en vehículo es muy fácil.
Es un lugar ideal para desconectarse del ruido urbano, disfrutar del aire libre, relajarse con las hermosas vistas, los jardines extensos, y explorar los encantos de la costa chilena en un entorno cómodo y familiar.
La comunicación siempre será vía remota, excepto en emergencias o situaciones excepcionales, donde alguien de nuestro personal podrá asistir a ayudar o solucionar problemas.
Estarás a unos 15 min de tiendas mas grandes ubicadas en el pueblo, y a solo 3 min en auto. El condominio da acceso a la calle que conecta con el pueblo y también a la playa vía interna por ascensor.
Puedes hacerlo a pie para ir a comprar a muy pequeños negocios ubicados en las afueras del condominio. Sin embargo, recomendamos fuertemente el uso de movilización propia debido a las distancias para ir a comprar al pueblo o acercarse a otras playas.

Cleanliness:
Leaving dirty dishes will result in a fine of 1 UF.
Stains on bedding or towels will incur a fine equivalent to the replacement cost of the sheet and/or towel.
Noise:
Loud or disturbing noises are not permitted at any time during your stay, including parties, repairs, or any noisy work. Additionally, making noise between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. is strictly prohibited. The fine for violating this rule is 5 UTM.
Additional Guests:
Please inform us of any changes in the number of guests. Each undeclared additional guest will incur a fine of 1 UF.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. The fine for violating this rule is 2 UF.
Discarding cigarette butts in non-designated areas will result in a fine of 1 UF.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed in the apartment due to building regulations. Bringing pets without authorization will result in a fine of 1 UTM.
Property Damage:
Please report any damage immediately. Failure to do so will result in a fine equivalent to the cost of repair.
Late Check-Out:
Please vacate the property at the agreed check-out time. The fine for late check-out is 1 UF for each hour of delay.
Safety:
Turn off the stove and other appliances before leaving. The fine for leaving the stove on is 1 UTM.
Important:
Aloja Fácil is not responsible for any objects, belongings, or personal items left, forgotten, or abandoned in the apartment, regardless of their type, value, condition, or cost. At the time of check-out or upon leaving the accommodation, any item left behind will be considered lost or abandoned and will fall outside of our responsibility. The company is under no obligation to store, transport, or return any item left by tenants. All losses, forgotten items, or abandonment are the sole responsibility of the guest.
