HOUSE RULES

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment—only on the terrace.

Please note that the terrace does not have a safety net, and cigarette butts must not be thrown outside.

Do not tamper with the water heater.

Hang towels and clothes only on the drying rack on the terrace.

After using the grill, make sure to turn off the gas.

Dispose of trash in the designated chute (located in the outer hallway); place bottles or other sharp objects on the side shelves.

If you have a pet, take it outside to relieve itself.


CONDOMINIUM RULES

The artificial lagoon is for kayak use only. Paddles must be requested in advance. Tennis and soccer field use must be booked at the concierge.

Wear your access control wristbands at all times to avoid issues at entry points.

Clean up after your pet outdoors. Pets must always be leashed and accompanied by a responsible person.


We want your stay to be comfortable and pleasant. To ensure that all guests enjoy their time here, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:

Cleanliness:

Leaving dirty dishes will result in a fine of 1 UF.
Stains on bedding or towels will incur a fine equivalent to the replacement cost of the sheet and/or towel.

Noise:

Loud or disturbing noises are not permitted at any time during your stay, including parties, repairs, or any noisy work. Additionally, making noise between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. is strictly prohibited. The fine for violating this rule is 5 UTM.
Parties or events without authorization are not allowed. The fine for violating this rule is 3 UTM.

Additional Guests:

Please inform us of any changes in the number of guests. Each undeclared additional guest will incur a fine of 1 UF.

Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. The fine for violating this rule is 2 UF.
Discarding cigarette butts in non-designated areas will result in a fine of 1 UF.

Pets:

Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Bringing pets without authorization will result in a fine of 1 UTM.
Please ensure all pet hair is cleaned before departure.

Property Damage:

Please report any damage immediately. Failure to do so will result in a fine equivalent to the cost of repair.

Late Check-Out:

Please vacate the property at the agreed check-out time. The fine for late check-out is 1 UF for each hour of delay.

Safety:

Turn off the stove and other appliances before leaving. The fine for leaving the stove on is 1 UTM.

Important:

Aloja Fácil is not responsible for any objects, belongings, or personal items left, forgotten, or abandoned in the apartment, regardless of their type, value, condition, or cost. At the time of check-out or upon leaving the accommodation, any item left behind will be considered lost or abandoned and will fall outside of our responsibility. The company is under no obligation to store, transport, or return any item left by tenants. All losses, forgotten items, or abandonment are the sole responsibility of the guest.
