Beautiful apartment, ideal for four guests. You will be able to enjoy a wonderful stay as it has a fully equipped kitchen and an excellent view to share with family and friends.
It features two bedrooms: one equipped with a double bed and a bathroom, and the next one with a trundle bed.
The apartment includes a grill for unforgettable barbecues. Using the grill has a cost of $25,000 CLP.
The condominium has an event room, which must be reserved in advance and has a fee of $30,000 CLP for 8 hours of use.
The building also features a pool table and a ping-pong table. The reservation of both depends on the availability of the event room and has a fee of $5,000 CLP for 2 hours of use.
Important: The use of common areas (barbecue area, pools, and any others) is subject to the building's availability. Availability must be checked at the time of use.
The apartment is located 4 minutes away from Playa Chica in Papudo, 3 minutes away from the Yacht Club, and a 5-minute drive from the Golf Club. Its location also allows for easy access to the town center, where you can find a variety of dining and family-friendly options to enjoy.

Cleanliness:
Leaving dirty dishes will result in a fine of 1 UF.
Stains on bedding or towels will incur a fine equivalent to the replacement cost of the sheet and/or towel.
Noise:
Loud or disturbing noises are not permitted at any time during your stay, including parties, repairs, or any noisy work. Additionally, making noise between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. is strictly prohibited. The fine for violating this rule is 5 UTM.
Additional Guests:
Please inform us of any changes in the number of guests. Each undeclared additional guest will incur a fine of 1 UF.
Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. The fine for violating this rule is 2 UF.
Discarding cigarette butts in non-designated areas will result in a fine of 1 UF.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed in the apartment due to building regulations. Bringing pets without authorization will result in a fine of 1 UTM.
Property Damage:
Please report any damage immediately. Failure to do so will result in a fine equivalent to the cost of repair.
Late Check-Out:
Please vacate the property at the agreed check-out time. The fine for late check-out is 1 UF for each hour of delay.
Safety:
Turn off the stove and other appliances before leaving. The fine for leaving the stove on is 1 UTM.
Important:
Aloja Fácil is not responsible for any objects, belongings, or personal items left, forgotten, or abandoned in the apartment, regardless of their type, value, condition, or cost. At the time of check-out or upon leaving the accommodation, any item left behind will be considered lost or abandoned and will fall outside of our responsibility. The company is under no obligation to store, transport, or return any item left by tenants. All losses, forgotten items, or abandonment are the sole responsibility of the guest.
