First Line Ocean Paradise: Departamento con Vista al Mar en Concón

We want your stay to be comfortable and pleasant. To ensure that all guests enjoy their time here, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:

Cleanliness:

Leaving dirty dishes will result in a fine of 1 UF.

Stains on bedding or towels will incur a fine equivalent to the replacement cost of the sheet and/or towel.

Noise:

Loud or disturbing noises are not permitted at any time during your stay, including parties, repairs, or any noisy work. Additionally, making noise between 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. is strictly prohibited. The fine for violating this rule is 5 UTM.

Additional Guests:

Please inform us of any changes in the number of guests. Each undeclared additional guest will incur a fine of 1 UF.

Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside the property. The fine for violating this rule is 2 UF.

Discarding cigarette butts in non-designated areas will result in a fine of 1 UF.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed in the apartment due to building regulations. Bringing pets without authorization will result in a fine of 1 UTM.

Property Damage:

Please report any damage immediately. Failure to do so will result in a fine equivalent to the cost of repair.

Late Check-Out:

Please vacate the property at the agreed check-out time. The fine for late check-out is 1 UF for each hour of delay.

Safety:

Turn off the stove and other appliances before leaving. The fine for leaving the stove on is 1 UTM.

Important:

Aloja Fácil is not responsible for any objects, belongings, or personal items left, forgotten, or abandoned in the apartment, regardless of their type, value, condition, or cost. At the time of check-out or upon leaving the accommodation, any item left behind will be considered lost or abandoned and will fall outside of our responsibility. The company is under no obligation to store, transport, or return any item left by tenants. All losses, forgotten items, or abandonment are the sole responsibility of the guest.
